Return & Refund Policy

At JP Artificial Jewellers, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Exchange

• Exchange is available only in case of a size issue.

• Exchange shipping/delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

• Exchange is subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos on our Whatsapp number- 8209247100, 7597555463

• In such cases, we will bear the shipping charges and provide a refund  or replacement, as applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Note: Products that are used, worn, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.
